AZ Pain Doctors review: Doctor's visit

I made an appointment with office
They rescheduled due to Dr being sick
I had a week off of work and scheduled all 7 of my doctor's with time to get the needed tests done per doctor's visit.
I no longer had time to get x-ray for this doctor because of them rescheduling
I was approved for neck brace and trigger point injections
I show up for appointment having to take time off of work and I'm rescheduled for Thursday again someone is sick and neck brace wasn't at that office as promised
On my Thursday and I'm called and told to go get neck brace at another location and I had to ask about my back injections
And I'm told come to one office for injections and go to another for brace
I can't do that I don't have time
I am then told they are cancelling both my appointments. I said I'm already here for back injections. And I wanted the manager to call me.
I am talking to manager and the doctor is now 15 min late for my appointment because of traffic. I am filing a complaint and because I'm upset and being told to be understanding
And I ask what about being understanding to me
I have taken time off of work and wasted gas for no reason. And was told that it's my own fault I'm in pain for not keeping up on my appointments
And my insurance has been charged
