AZ State Express Title & Registration, Maricopa, AZ review: Admonition to the staff for such poor attitudes and customer service

I visited a third party ADOT business in Maricopa, AZ on Oct. 8, 2021. I wanted to set an appointment to come back to get my Travelers ID/DL. The person setting appointments was very unhelpful and rude. This is how it went when I asked what the charge would be. She said, "I don't know. Look at the board on the wall." I stood there trying to look up to figure it out. When I asked her to confirm the amount of what I thought it be, she said, Lady, I don't know your age so I can't answer that." At that point I said. Why are you so unhelpful and unfriendly in this place? Someone else in the office jumped in to ask me what I wanted to know and then told me the cost. As I was leaving the appointment person said, aren't you going to take your paperwork. I now have an appointment with a regular AZ DMV. I am too upset and angry at how I was treated to go back there.
