I was wrongful terminated by phone on April 8th, 2024, at 2:05pm because someone made a false statement against me saying that I threatened her when I never did, I tried to get the union representative to get the surveillance footage showing that I threatened her because they stated that they have footage and statements saying I threatened her. Which is not true because I was standing next to the girl that threatened her and even got the statement from the girl saying that she made the threat all I was doing was clocking out of my shift and trying to go home. When the union representative finally asked for the surveillance footage because there was none showing that I threatened her they said that we only had ten days to request it, but how is it my fault that my union rep didn't request it when I asked him to? I do not appreciate being wrongful terminated especially when I was talked to by my supervisor, I told her who threatened the girl and even confirmed that I was walked out by security that way I could avoid being lied on. My wife as the text message from the girl who threatened this other employee.

Claimed loss: I have loosed my financial income due to this incident.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for the people who said I threatened her and the girl who said I threatened her to be terminated for false accusations and I would appreciate my job back
