I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from Dr. Randy Hansbrough 19 SE Osceola St. Stuart, Fl. 34984, telephone number [protected] on 7,7,2022.

He charged to my credit card the amount of $9,594.00 on July 7, 2022. His secretary asked me to fill out my personal information including my credit card information in a little machine that he has in his office, I did it. She did not give me a copy of any contract. I asked his secretary if he was going to give us chiropractic therapies and she answered, “of course with this huge amount of money he charged you”.

This day he handled me a lab order for Jessica Villegas and Aurora Medina for an urine test for Brain Neurochemistry Measurements; a blood test for 96 Foods igG Chronic Allergy Assay; a Saliva Test (4 collections in a day) for Adrenal Hormone Function for Aurora Medina and Jessica Villegas.

He also told me that these tests will be taken again during the program to check for accuracy, and he will see us several times for 1 year.

On August 9, 2022 I met him in his office, he explained to me the test result. He also recommended me a diet to follow in which he recommended me to eat see food and pork. I explained to him that I was allergy to this food. He told me not you do not allergy just follow the diet. He also prescribed TravaCor, AndreCor, and Focus DL. On August 31, 2022, he prescribed my daughter Jessica Villegas ravaCor, AndreCor, and Silver Water to drink 1 ounce dairy.

On August 31, 2022, while I was following his program, I did not have any energy, I was vomiting, and I was intoxicated, I had body pain, and I could not get up. I called his office and his secretary answered that he cannot take care of me and told me “Go to see your doctor”. I answered her, the doctor the I saw did not give me any diet and never formulated the vitamins that DR. Hansbrough gave me. Please give an appointment, her answer was “he cannot do anything”.

On September 1, 2022, I went to see my doctor. He asked what I was eating and I explained to him the diet and tablets he prescribed me. My Dr. asked about what I was eating and I told him see food. His answer was “you are allergy to sea food and pork you have to stop eating it” I realized that every time that I was eating sea food and pork the reaction in my body were: low in energy, vomit, intoxication, body pain, and difficulties to get up. He also prescribed the same tablets to me and to my daughter.

On September 1, 2022, I sent Dr. Hansbrough an email requesting the cancellation of the program that I signed in his office. I also emailed him an example that I did with the vitamins he prescribed, and I tested them in vinegar and warm water and never diluted. I asked him if he could give any answer and let him know that it was not good for the liver and body organs. He also prescribed Silver Water to my daughter and told me to give her 1 ounce daily. I did research about this topic and Silver Water cannot be drunk because it destroys all organs in the body and the DNA. I told him “While I am following your program, I did not have any energy, I was vomiting, and I was intoxicated, I had body pain, and I could not get up I sent him several emails asking for the money to be credited and I explained to him the reasons. He never answered my request.”

On September 5. 2022 I send to Dr. Hansbrough pictures of the tested supplements asking him a question “What do you noticed in these pictures?”

He never answered anything about the cancelation requested.

On September 7, 2022, I sent an email to him ‘This is my third request. Please cancel the contract and return the money to my credit car.”

On September 12, 2022

I sent him the same email and requested the devolution of the money. I also requested the medical codes, and a fair price for the labs and for a one-time visit to him.

He never answered to me

My insurance also pays the lab test too. I asked him for the medical code to send to the insurance and he totally ignored my request.

What can I do?

I put a stop payment in Bank of America. It took me until today to have Bank of America answer Dr. Hansbrough send him a copy of a contact that it was never handle to me in which states that the cost of the labs its 5,497.00 times 2

I called the Lab company and the labs never added that exaggerated amount.

I demand the total amount to be returned to me.

I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my problem. I would like to receive a response from you asap.

Ms. Medina,

You received all the extensive lab testing for both you and your daughter, and the supplements to accompany and respond to the lab results. Services were delivered, and it wasn't until after that, when you demanded a refund. I will not share any protected personal health information about you or your daughter here or anywhere.

I will say this; you have been very rude to my staff unnecessarily, and to me. Your own bank denied you twice for a refund, based on all documents provided to them other than your personal health information. You then complained to my license provider, who denied your refund request on the same grounds. Next, you filed a suit for a refund, and the judge denied your request. We were advised by a law official to call 911 if you show up to this office with any more threats like you made by telephone.

You have been from the beginning a difficult and uncooperative patient, and blame us for your lack of cooperation and thus dissatisfaction. Everyone you appealed to agrees that you are not entitled to a refund. I wish you well. However, if you continue to libel and slander me and this office with falsehoods, we will file suit against you for exactly that. You are advised to conduct yourself accordingly going forward.
