Government Auctions LLC review: I bought land through this website

Last month I bid and won 160 acres in Canada. I gave them 10k as a down payment. My winning bid. They said congratulations your the highest bidder you need to sign a docusign to make payments for remaining balance of 32k. After I signed I never received anything like a land contract, nothing. They will not return my emails anymore. They have already took my first payment and I still have no proof that I even own the land. I think I’ve been scammed by these people.
