Scheduled me for 10;00am 0n friday the the person did not show the second time I got someone in the phillpines she scheduled me fo monday th 19th she gave me a number to call to confirm the persons name was jessica she did not answer and did not show the number I called 629-219-2689 is in tennessee, 600 miles away. No wonder they did not show. If there are any charges, I want them reimbursed. Furthermore I will never use home advisors again and I want my email address purged from your contact list
It is the number that comes up when a Handy worker calls you via the Handy app. It is not anyone's actual number.
Same...worker to do TV mount, same [protected] number which is totally not local. I made my separate complaint of the whole thing here. Thanks for posting! Crazy...just crazy stuff.
I am a cleaner for HandyPro and this number is listed for one of my upcoming cleans. I am interested to hear if you had any luck figuring out the deal?
I also have this number showing from Handy for a cleaning "pro". I will report back tomorrow after the time they are scheduled.
Thank you for posting your complaint. I booked a plumber with HA to work on a slow drain in my kitchen sink and this was the number that was assigned. Phone number looked suspicious since I'm in Texas and that's not a Texas number. I then came across your post after searching the number. I've since canceled the appointment.
