I was involved in a car accident last July 31 of last year. I hired Atty. Doug Goyen as my representor and according to the other parties insurance they send him a the check for my total damage worth of 30,000.00 on March 21, 2022 and my insurance paid my car for 28,193.00 on Sept. 09, 2021. The last time I talked to my attorney was on May 4, 2022 when he told me that "We should have everything completed within the week. I will have the payments ready for the medical by end of this week and your payment for the remaining amount as well. I will let you know when it is ready to be picked up." since then I have not receive any call or emails from him. I've been trying to contact him over the phone but the secretary just keep telling me that she will pass the message to him and when I'm trying to email him my email is just keep coming back saying "mailed delivery failed". today I just found out that I still owe Nissan corporation in the amount of $4,153.00. and again I'm contacting my lawyer last Monday to ask why do I still owe them if he got all the money and again the secretary told me again that she will pass the message to him but until to this date I still don't get any response from him.
