While watching the 49ers vs denver pre-season football game today, 8/17, I watched a levi jeans commercial three times which at one point depicts a female unzipping a male's jeans when the pair are interrupted by a child. This is inappropriate for this type of sports venue where many children (and adults) can't wait for the return of football. This type of add should be shown only during late night. I find it totally inappropriate and unacceptable. If I had any desire to purchase levi jeans, it is now gone. You lost this customer and cbs and their affiliate channel 5 kpix should be ashamed for airing it.

I complained directly to Levi's San Francisco office a few years ago over a similarly inappropriate and sexualized commercial. They sent me a snide and unapologetic letter stating that their commercials are designed to reach a "diverse population" and that there are no plans to pull the ad. I went immediately to my closet and took all of my Levi jeans to the trash (no joke). I haven't purchased a Levi's product since.

I had been a life-long Levi's customer before this. But now I realize I'm not the type of reprobate, perverted customers they apparently really want to do business with. Likely, they would not want their jeans to be seen people who are moral, law abiding citizens who care about what children are exposed to on TV.

Perhaps the best way to impact Levi's choice of marketing strategy is not to buy their ethically tainted wares.

While watching the Eagles/San Francisco game today, 9/28, your commercial came on. I was appalled at some of the scenes but was astonished at the couple who were kissing with his pants unzipped and a child walking in on them. Your website states that your company has strong values. I do not think you do. Children are watching this game. Will not be buying any of your products until you show better sense.

Alright, I am so ANGRY right now. We're watching the Steelers game and a Levi's commercial comes on. Our two grandsons, ages 3 1/2 and 7 years old are sitting with us. It's 1:25 p.m. The commercial was disgusting with a young couple kissing and in walks a young girl so the young man turns to zip up his jeans. REALLY?! What is WRONG with you and your advertising department? Just what are you attempting to promote? I've always purchased Levi jeans since I was a teenager. I was still purchasing them at 55 years old. NO MORE! Get your minds out of the gutter and your heads out of your back-ends. This is NOT, let me repeat, NOT acceptable at any time of the day. My sweet impressionable grandsons do not need to see this and neither do we. The boys parents are teaching them morals and respect and we're doing the same with them. Just what are YOU showing and teaching young people? As a company, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You just lost my business.

Completely disgusted as I will never purchase the Levi Brand again. I just barely watched this inappropriate and unacceptable commercial and instantly turned to my phone to write to the company and found this page, I guess I'm not alone. Remove this commercial please and open your eyes and see all the crap that is bringing this country down. If your so confident in your Brand then show it with modesty...sex sales- please all your doing is adding to the problems of this Nation. Clean it up! You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.

I just turned on AMC to watch a show It was 2:00pm and a Levi commercial comes on showing different scenario's of people wearing a pair of Levi jeans. Then in one of the scenes it shows a woman and a man in a kitchen and they are kissing and shows the woman unzipping the mans jeans and attempting to pull his jeans down when a child walks into the room and the guy turns away trying to pull his pants up.
I dropped my mouth in total discuss. I understand that companies seem to think that sex sales. But I think that was going just a bit overboard. Not only was the time of this commercial inappropriate But just was not necessary.
By that I mean its one thing to say your product, (whatever that product is) will make the person more attractive to the opposite sex.
AS INTELLIGENT HUMAN BEINGS we clearly can get the idea, as an example by having an attractive person walking by that other person who is wearing the product a look of satisfaction or being attracted to that person.
I don't think a commercial really needs to SHOW border line pornography to get the point across.
It's not only distasteful but actually makes you want to change the channel AND not want to buy that product anymore.
And I am not some old person waving a bible in the air saying drop down on your knee's and pray.
Even though I would totally get behind someone like that in this case after watching this commercial.
I have been buying Levi jeans for years, but if LEVI is going to continue putting out distasteful commercials with in your face sex themes like that I will go elsewhere to buy not only my jeans but other clothing apparel as well.
I have never felt a needed to complain about a commercial before, but after watching this LEVI commercial I finally found a need too.
Please LEVI, you don't need to have distasteful commercials to sale your products. Your jeans and other clothes can sale great on their own without the use of in your face sex in your commercials.
If you continue to put out commercials like this in the future I will no longer buy your products and will go else where to buy my jeans and other clothing apparel.
