Love's Travel Stop review: Customer service

Why is the Subway door locked at 7:30pm on a Sunday evening? When my husband entered the Love's Convenience Store the Subway side door was locked. When entering the main Love's door; an employee immediately stopped him and told him not to walk on floor as he just wet moped; that explains why the subway door was locked! The employee took our Sub sandwich order on a scratch pad. Another customer entered the business and the employee was upset as that customer walked on his recently mopped floor. It's 7:30pm on a Sunday, people are going to enter the store, there is no need to lock the doors and tell customers to stop and take their order on a scratch pad.
