To whom it may concern;

- [ ] I am writing this letter to inform you that I was made an money making tool by Dr. Namath Hussain. I had decompression surgery July 27, 2021 at Loma Linda east campus. During my initial consultation with Dr. Hussain I explained to him in detail where my pain is located. Lower back 1 inch to the right. This burning throbbing pain cause me to not be able to walk long distance or stand for short periods. During my back surgery, Dr. Hussain caused a spinal fluid tear. I was opened and closed a total of 4 times for wound washout and repair of the tear which caused me to become sepsis. I was discharged from Loma Linda main campus to home in November 2021 after the 3rd and fourth repair surgery. A couple of days later I received a phone call from my primary care physician Dr. Milani to return to the emergency room immediately because I have a severe infection in the wound. When I arrived at the emergency department I was met by one of the surgeons who initially assisted Dr. Hussain with my previous surgeries, a resident and a physician assistant who told me that I need to leave AMA and go to another hospital where I can get better care because Dr. Hussain can not give me proper care. I argued with the neuro surgery team for a while until I decided to leave. I did sign the waiver at their persistence. I requested a Lyft to take me from Loma Linda hospital to Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles where I had another wound washout, wound vac and IV antibiotics for Sepsis! I am very angry because I suffered through being operated on a total of 5 times for NOTHING and I am still suffering from the same excruciating back pain! I was told a 3rd decompression surgery is not recommended! Actually the decompression surgery may have never been needed because I feel the pain I am suffering is from scar tissue pressing against the nerve root. I will have to wait for the results of a recent MRI. This Surgeon caused me a lot of pain and distress and operated on me and still did not fix the actual problem! I believe he is a menace and causes more injury to patients.

My purpose is to prevent another patient harm at the hands of Dr. Hussain.
