SportChek.ca review: Rudeness

I wanted to order hockey skates from SportChek, but I didn't had any idea which ones to buy. I wanted to make a present for my son. He was a hockey player and I wanted to buy him new pair of skates.
I contacted SportChek and asked for help. I told them that I knew nothing about skates and wanted to get some assistance. Their rep was very rude, and instead of helping me she just said that all the information can be found on their site. I told her that I wanted to get more detailed information and she simply hung up! What a terrible service!
