United Healthcare Dual Complete Services review: The new service I am now receiving.

I have been with united healthcare for over 4 years and had no plans on changing until now. United healthcare duo complete has disappointed me for what they have done lately. Today I had a problem and needed to contact my insurance. I was transferred out of the country to some of these funny speaking people. I don't know whether they were in china, or philippians, or where. I tried to call 4 more times only kept getting these strange people. When I asked to be transfer back into the usa, one of the girl put me on hold for a long time, finally I hung up. With everything that's going on with scams and identify theft, how could you outsource your company when so many people here in the united states needs jobs?! I do not feel comfortable giving my information to strangers not even living in our country. If you don't bring back the jobs back into the united states, I will be looking for another healthcare provider that loves and support our country.
