My partner and I came in for a presentation, not knowing what it was for. We sat through the shpeal and were told explicitly that we had a 3 day window for cancelling. When we returned within 48 hours (way before our 3 day window), we were told there was no cancellation policy and we couldn’t cancel and there was nothing they could do about it. They said our creditor would have authority to approve a cancellation. We called the creditor while we were there and the creditor said it was Viaggio that could approve a cancelletion, all they needed to do was send an email request. We returned that information to Donald and the front desk staff who promptly said that they would certainly said that email. We asked to be cc’d, confirmed that they had our email address, and we’re told it would happen by the end of the day. It didn’t.
