Ordered a cremation arrangement for the urn to sit amongst at a memorial service. I received a call from my sister a half hour before the service that it hadn't arrived at the funeral home. After going round and round with their automated system, I finally got a person. They said no one had the flowers and that they emailed me to let me know. I didn't get an email. Why didn't someone CALL me?!?! So disappointing at an already difficult time. I then had to ask for a refund! If they knew the order couldn't be filled, why didn't they automatically process a refund?!?! Absolutely horrible! Will never use them again!
Recommendation: DO NOT USE 1-800-FLOWERS!
