On October 11, 2024, I made a deposit of 6300 Russian Rubles to my 1xBet account. My player ID: 842905331. The payment was successfully deducted from my bank account/card.
The funds never appeared in my 1xBet balance. I immediately contacted support and received payment request number: 321947. Support told me to wait.
It is now April 15, 2026 — more than 18 months later. My deposit of 6300 RUB has still not been credited. I have contacted 1xBet support multiple times during this period. They either give generic responses ("please wait", "we are checking") or stop replying. They have never provided a resolution.
My account is fully verified. I have provided all transaction confirmations, bank statements, and screenshots showing the payment was completed on my side.
This is not a withdrawal issue — this is my own deposit that 1xBet took but never credited. I simply want the 6300 RUB added to my account balance, or a full refund to my original payment method.

I need to clarify one important point. When I previously accepted the promo points for my deposit of 6300 RUB (October 11, 2024, ticket #321947), I understood it as a temporary compensation while waiting for the dispute with the payment system to be resolved. The letter fmentioned that if the dispute is resolved in my favor, the company would notify me. This led me to believe the promo points were not the final settlement.
However, it is now clear that the payment system dispute will never be resolved. Therefore, I am asking for the same solution again: convert my stuck deposit of 6300 RUB into promo points - exactly as was done before.
Please ask the Security Service to confirm this.

Just to move things forward — if the Security Service cannot convert my stuck deposit (6300 RUB, ticket #321947) directly into promo points, I am also willing to accept a promo code of the same amount (6300 RUB).
Any form of equivalent compensation for sports betting is acceptable.
