I am writing to file a complaint against 1xBet regarding an unresolved withdrawal and lack of response from their security department.
My father was the original owner of the 1xBet account id: [protected]. Before his death, he shared the account information with me, as he had been seriously ill for a long time and was unable to complete the required security verification process.
Sadly, my father passed away on 02 January 2025 without completing the verification.
As the rightful legal heir, I contacted the 1xBet Security Department to proceed with account verification and withdrawal. They requested several documents, including:
My father's death certificate
My National ID (NID)
A selfie holding the ID
Source of funds declaration
Inheritance-related documents
I provided all requested documents as instructed.
On 18 December 2024, they further requested a Succession Certificate issued by the District Court, which is a time-consuming and costly legal process. Despite the difficulty, I filed a case through a lawyer and obtained the succession certificate after due legal procedure.
District Court verdict date: 28 April 2025
Submission date to 1xBet: 04 May 2025 (from my registered email)
Since submitting the succession certificate, I have not received any response from the security department. Previously, they used to respond within a short time after each submission, but now there has been complete silence.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails regarding this issue, but none have been answered.
My concerns:
Whether my submitted documents have been received
Whether the succession certificate is under verification
Why there has been no response for such a long time

Immediate processing of my withdrawal request

I emailed info-bn@1xbet-team.com here. I requested them to forward my documents to the security department and reply to this email thread but they repeatedly replied the same that the account has been permanently cancelled. Suggested to create another account.
My question is, is it the company's policy to cancel the customer's account without giving the remaining funds back and encourage fraud?
The security team has frozen the account until the succession is established. For transparency and fairness, they have asked for a succession certificate from the district court.
After repeatedly contacting the court and filing a succession case, after spending a lot of time and money, I got the requested documents from the district court and sent them to the security department.
They should have sent the documents to the specialist team for verification or verified by a local representative or a reputable lawyer in our country.
But the security team's silence without any reply is a sign of silent fraud.
I am seeking help from 1xBet customer support on this matter.
