1xBet review: Worst customer support ever

It has been more than a month since I requested a withdrawal of 49700 INR from 1xBet, and I still have not received my money.

During this period, I provided everything requested by their support team, I provided every proof including

bank statements, transaction recordings, bank confirmations, and additional verification documents. Despite full cooperation, the issue remains unresolved.

1xBet claims the withdrawal was "successfully processed" and gave UTR which is invalid and untraceable (confirmed by my bank and NPCI)

While publishing reviews I also got to know many people faced the same issue, first they ask for statements, then 1xbet provides untraceable UTR, then they ask for statements on daily basis.

In the end they demand official stamped letter - and they provide nothing as proof except self made 12 digits.

I even provided them official stamped letter, now they started ignoring my mails.

What is most frustrating is the constant cycle of different explanations, repeated document requests, and delays without a clear resolution. If a withdrawal is truly successful, customers should be able to receive proof that allows their bank to trace the funds properly.

I am sharing this experience so that other players are aware of the risks involved when dealing with unresolved payment issues. A customer should not have to spend over a month chasing their own money while receiving conflicting responses.

Until the funds are credited or a complete payment trace is provided, I cannot consider this matter resolved.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

One guy reached me to telegram as 1xbet support, I found him suspicious so I denied giving him any details, I blocked him .

So he started saying I'll block your 1xbet gaming account - & he did within minutes, I got notification that my account is blocked due to gambling addiction.

Is it so easy to block anyone's account? Without asking me,how can they confirm I'm in gambling addiction?

Please note - I never requested self exclusion request, I'm healthy person not in some kind of addiction.

What frustrates me that is my withdrawal query was going in between when this happened, the hacker is getting registered email and gaming id from public domains of review websites.

1X BET DEPARTMENT IS NOT RESPONDING TO MAILS ASWELL, I DID EMAILS ON BLOCK EMAIL & SECURITY DEPARTMENT EMAIL , NO RESPONSE.

On 09 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹49,700 from my 1xBet account. The withdrawal was marked as successfully processed, yet the money never arrived in my bank account.

Details:
• Amount: ₹49,700
• Withdrawal Date: 09/05/2026
• Player ID: [protected]
• UTR Provided: [protected] ( DECLARED UNTRACEABLE & INVALID BY MY BANK)

Since then, I have spent more than a month contacting support, submitting documents, and trying to get a clear answer.

I have already provided:
• Multiple bank statements
• Transaction history recordings
• Official communication from my bank
• Bank confirmation regarding the transaction

Despite this, I kept receiving different explanations from different agents. At various points I was told the payment was under verification, delayed by the network, awaiting review, and finally that it had already been paid successfully.

The most concerning part is the UTR provided for the transaction. My bank was unable to trace or verify the transaction using the provided UTR, and no corresponding credit appears in my account statements.

Even after reviewing my latest bank statement, which clearly showed no credit of ₹49,700, support continued to repeat that the payment had been completed.

After 33+ days, I still have:
• No ₹49,700 in my account
• No proof that the funds were credited
• No clear explanation of what happened

I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking 1xBet to either:

1. Provide verifiable proof that the funds were successfully credited to my bank account.
2. Reprocess the withdrawal.
3. Return the funds to my 1xBet balance.

Until then, my withdrawal remains unresolved.
