2712 Designs review: Embosser ordered. Regret I ever ordered. Horrible experience

I saw their deal on Groupon and then went on their website. Turned out they have 50% off on the embosser I wanted to order, so me being nice ordered directly from them, since if I was to get a Groupon they will only get half of the price. I also hoped it might speed up the process. It has been 3 weeks and my order still says "processing." I am waiting on this so I can send out our save-the-dates. I emailed them and didn't get a response, I emailed again. They don't have a phone number but I found one online and attempted to call but of course I couldn't reach anybody and left a message. Unresponsive all around. Bad business practice. I really regret ordering from them. I hope I can at least get a refund, as I will have to mail the letter without the embossed stamp, as I was hoping. Extremely disappointed. DO NOT ORDER from this business!
