Subject: Complaint Regarding Repeated Issues Processing Money Orders at Bryn Mawr ACME
I am writing to complain about repeated issues I have experienced at the customer service desk at the ACME store in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
I frequently purchase money orders at this location. When Holly or Jen assist me, my money orders are processed without any problems. However, whenever Julie is working at the customer service desk, I am consistently told that she cannot process my money order.
On multiple occasions, I have been given different explanations. I was told the machine was down for several days in a row. On my most recent visit, Julie stated that she did not know her password and needed to reset it. During that visit, another employee suggested that she contact Holly for assistance, but she declined to do so.
Because Holly, Jen, and other customer service employees have been able to process my money orders successfully, I am concerned about the repeated inability or refusal to provide the same service when Julie is working. This has caused me inconvenience and frustration as a regular customer.
I respectfully request that ACME review this matter to ensure customers receive consistent service and determine whether additional training, support, or follow-up is needed.

Claimed loss: I have bills that were due and needed money orders . Many of times including today another day goes by that I am unable to pay my bill on time .
Desired outcome: Julie shouldn’t be at customer service if she is not able to complete her job.
