I haven’t had any dealings with Aeroflow at all in 2026, as I paid off my CPAP machine in December 2025. Yet six months later, in May of 2026, they sent me a bill claiming I owe two more payments. I have emails documenting my payment plan progress, proof of payments, and emails I’ve sent them that have gone unanswered. Dealing with them is a nightmare, and resolving issues seems to be impossible. They won't respond to my emails and they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of me that I don't owe. It is illegal to double bill people, and I have proof that I paid for my machine in full in December of 2025. I made my upfront payment of $174.76 on 3/7/25 followed by 9 monthly payments of $22.50 that I began paying on April.7th,2025. I have every email you’ve sent during my payment plan, along with proof of all my payments and those made by my insurance. You won’t get away with trying to defraud me.
