All alarms fell off doors I have called several times to discontinue this it is still being held out of my checking account I can not get anyone to
Return calls. Numbers I have called are 1647-280-5965 (devon), 1-844-735-9230 no one answers, and 1-844-4414-5337 no one answers. If this is not stopped and money returned to my account within 24 hours from 4-18-2019 by 10:40am I will turn over to attorney

Alder Holdings - Home Security & Medical Pendant
My Mom passed away Sept., 2020, & I called Alder to have her services discontinued. I sent her death certificate in Oct., 2020, & filled out/signed their Cancellation Request in Dec., 2020, because they didn't tell me this was required in Oct. or Nov. when I talked to them. I talked to Alder customer service, their supervisor, & I think even the supervisor's supervisor in Oct., Nov., Dec. & Jan., but still can't get them to stop automatic deductions from her checking account. Only thing that can be done is go to the bank & have them stop payment or close the checking account. I sold Mom's house in Dec., 2020, but still paying for home security & a medical pendant. Once Alder starts auto deduction from your checking account, it's a pain to get them to stop. They are quick to take your money, but good luck getting them to stop. Adair -Feb., 2021.
