Received notice that I was delinquent on $65 owed T-Mobile and the debt was passed to them. I had cancelled T-Mobile service for my parents less than a month prior and a week before the next months fee was due. The account was always paid in advance. Per T-Mobile Customer Service my account balance was $0.00 and the account had been closed. Yet this company tried to collect money not owed.
Desired outcome: Providing details in case this is a common practice that results in a class action lawsuit. Private citizens should not have to put up with this kind of unethical/fraudulent behavior.
