After speaking to someone at customer services about my prime delivery going to be late, which meant I wouldn't get it until late the following day the member of staff looked into me having an earlier delivery the next day. However, this did not happen so apart from not receiving it on the original day promised I did not have it delivered until almost 5pm the next day. I was needing this item for the morning not the late afternoon so PRIME was not fulfilling its promise. Why when they aren't able to deliver to you on the said day are you not then prioritised the next day. WE ARE ALWAYS THE ALMOST LAST TO BE DELIVERED TO AND THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE NOW.
