American Income Life Insurance review: Horrible customer service

My husband and I got life insurance with them probably close to six years ago. It started out just a little over 1 hundred dollars a month, every year it went up by about 100$ a month. We finally canceled it when we got a nicer cheaper plan through someone else. Now the biggest problem is actually getting them to stop taking our money, since January, we canceled it. They charged us any way. In late January we called and canceled it again. Come February, they charged us, for every month since we speak to them, every month we tell them to cancel the policy, so far, they are still charging us. I was told to sign the documents they sent to my email. I never received them for 5 months I have not received those documents. If anyone thinks about getting insurance through them do yourself a favor and find a different place. They don't give a [censored] about us or you, choose a different company.
