On March 19 2025 I called the Aritzia store at Bayshore in Ottawa to order a Cozy Sweatfleece Perfect Zip Hoodie XS. they put one aside for me and I went that day to pick it up. The one they put aside did not have a sipper. The one I wanted was not in stock so they ordered it for delivery to my address. It was received yesterday and the tag attached said XS but the tag on the Hoodie said S. I returned it to the store today May 24 2026 and they ordered another one and it will be shipped to me. I talked to one of the Managers and asked if there was some compensation for all of the trouble I went through. She offered 10% discount but said that it would be a final sale. This was unacceptable to me as this is a birthday gift for my 12 year old granddaughter and if for some reason it does not fit I will have to return it for a different size. My expectation was that I would have been compensated in some way for all of my inconvenience.
