Arizona Medical Board review: message regarding losartan 100 mg tablet

I called my Doctor's Office ( Dr. Christopher s.Hiler, MD ) on 3/19/2019 at 6623-385-7950
got voice mail left a message with his Assistant, told her I was out of Losartan for about a week, and to get into touch with my Insurance HUmana Gold Pharmacy to get the
medication refilled or filled. I waited a few days and called Humana Pharmacy and they said they have been trying to get intouch with Dr, Hiler's Offfice and left messages with no response from Dr. Hiler. Time passed, I made several calls to the Dr.'s Office left messages to no avail and still on 4/09/2019 and do not have my medication for B/P.

I had an appointment at Dr. Hiler's Office today 04/09/2019. I went to get checked in and a few minutes I was called in the back to see Dr. Hiler. When he came in he had great anger in his eyes, so I asked why the bad face expression? He replied that I was causing a problem at the front office. The problem was the girl at the front desk said I had a co-payment of $35.oo, which was incorrect. I showed them my Insurance card so they corrected in their records. I got a little upset and told them that they have a lot of incorrect information and cannot fill a prescription for me.

When I started to ask Dr Hiler why he has not replied to my Insurance in filling the prescription Losartan he got into my face and demanded that I get out of his Office or he was going to call the Police on me. So I Left, now I have to get a new PCP Dr. to get my medications barak Hammond
