To whom it may concern,
I have noticed on my daily walks that the power towers in La Palma, CA are being painted by APC (Arizona Pipeline Const.). In there process of painting they missed one of the power towers in La Palma, east of Walker Blvd and west of Furman Rd. I have attached a photo of the power tower that they missed. It has been almost two weeks since they were in the area performing this work.
