I live in Ashford Stancliff Park and I have a maintainance request pending since last 2 weeks. I called couple of times and also added another request after that and a guy came to look at it and never came back since last Monday. My restroom floor is coming out and it is not safe as it is slippery so are you guys will take responsibility if something happens?
Plus the manager and the guys in the front are very rude and do not respect their residents.
