We purchased an area rug in-store on April 9 and were told it would be delivered within 5-7 business days. Nope. Called and was told it was scheduled to be delivered May 4. Nope. Called again and was told it would be delivered June 11. We won't be here in June and can't have it delivered then, so I cancelled the order. Was told it would take 3 business days and I would get a follow up email in 3 business days. Nope. Called again today and was told the cancellation REQUEST was made on the day I called, but the PROCESS takes 3 to 5 business days, and then another 7-10 business days for the refund to hit my credit card. I'm not holding my breath. I will never buy anything from Ashley ever again due to this extremely frustrating process, where I have had to initiate all requests for info/updates.
Recommendation: I would never buy from Ashley.
