I purchased the Australian Gold Bronzer 4 level. It would not pump out the lotion. I called the company and they said I could mail back the lotion and they would inspect it to see what was wrong. I thought to myself, crazy I had to pay to ship back the lotion and wait 2-3 weeks for a response. I asked for them to send out a new pump to see if that would resolve the problem and it finally arrived 2-3 weeks later with no letter, no apology and no envelope to return the bottle in. Poor customer service...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
