Auto Approve review: Beware of bait and switch

Auto Approve quoted us 5.1% to refinance one of our vehicles. Once we accepted they emailed us the contract and to notice that the rate we agreed upon was NOT the rate on the contract. We agreed upon 5.1% and the contract displayed 6.2%. In an attempt to contact our agent by phone, text and email we ignored for 4 days and finally got a lame reply that the lender re-evaluated the loan request. BS
