On Dec 2015 I deposited a $2300.00 teller check to my saving account in bank of America located on chain bridge road in McLean Vi and as soon as deposited I saw the money is in my account accessible to spend, after 5 day's I checked my account and I saw that the money is in my account so I believed the check is ok, then I paid $2000.00 to some one with wallmart transaction. On 10 Nov 2015 when I checked my saving account I find out that check was not good and bank withdrawal the money from my account.and it was late for my to get my money back when I fined out that was scam. I believe if check is bad the bank of America with expert staff that they have in back should recognise the check before depositing to the account so this action will keep the scummier out of this action and will save costumer from being victim for there scam . I request my money back to my account because it was, ot my fault. Ray mohammadi
