A fraudulent transaction was on my credit card. I notified the bank as appropriate. They placed a lock on my card to review. This was in January 2026. Since then, my card continues to be locked. I was told to provide front and back copies of driver's license and social security card along with a copy of a bank statement. They would only take information via fax or mail. I paid to fax it. A month later in told they can't read it clearly, I provided another set of faxed documents this time in color. Again I'm told can't read it. Customer Service reps will not help or escalate, rudeness and unprofessional from every point of view. Still not resolved 5 months later.
