I asked for a refill for my Tamoxifen prescription refilled on May 18I had a few days left. I sent the message via Portal. The nurse Maharajh respond responded but did not call me after saying that she thought the medication was going to be changed. Then she made up another excuse CVS Pharmacy hasn’t reached out to us when that Pharmacy not true. I just don’t understand I’m a breast cancer survivor. He is a Hematologist Oncologist. How could you have staff that are so incompetent and don’t even want to do their job. This is caused me undo stress, and loss of work for absolutely no reason. I left messages and no callbacks received. I tried calling my primary and now I left a message also with Dr. Kolasarchi my breast surgeon. Do you see how ridiculous the situation has gotten? I am very upset about this, and I hope that BayCare takes the time to read this and make important changes to their staff and educate them on basic human decency and compassion.
Claimed loss: Medication not refilled timely and total disregard the medication ran out.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a call and advise the staff to be more careful and take necessary steps to ensure that patients have their medications.
