Bed Bath & Beyond Blacklisting "my pillow" products

It is surely a bad day in America when a favorite company blacklists a supplier like My Pillow because of some political bias. I have been a longtime buyer at Bed Bath And Beyond and feel betrayed by your decision. Your long- time leadership in world of retailing places you in a position of a sacred trust to all of your customers of every persuasion, not only those that happen to agree with your leadership.
Whatever your corporate political views, they should have no legitimate role to play in your choice of suppliers and products for your customers.
I thought we had left the blacklist culture with the sad and unfortunate days of McCarthyism in the 1950s. What a sad day for America. I am planning to stop buying from BB&B until you change this revolting and disgusting practice. And I will be passing this decision along to my friends.

Desired outcome: For BB&B to restore My Pillow products to their legitimate place on store shelves

Agreed. In addition to contacting store after store, I went as far as canceling my Kohls card. I will not shop these stores until they wake up from their woke politics.

I'm going away from bb&b corporation. kudos and I ditto what swco in wilmington, usa said.
It is a sad day in america when corporations like bedbath and beyond go beyond doing honest business and blacklist a great company like my-pillow and discount the voice of half of their shoppers. you are putting us in a bad situation, to have to choose against your company.

I totally agree. I'll never buy from you again. I always bought wedding gifts off registry.
I'm sick of blacklisting due to political views not mater what they are. People can boycott on their own.

Bed Bath Beyond virtue signaling to discontinue Mike Lindell’s My Pillow products is disgusting at best, anti-American at worst. And for what? Because Mike decided to exercise his American freedom to support and defend President Trump’s stolen election? Trump WON the election by a landslide – the evidence is clear, available, and overwhelming - I will bet my life on it! So why are you taking sides politically? Either way, makes zero business sense. I have spent hundreds of dollars in your stores over the years – NOT ANYMORE! BBB can go straight to h-e-l-l because that is where you are heading; and where this country will head with CCP puppet Biden. But you idiots have no problem selling "made in China" (who routinely use child labor) though do you? Trump, the greatest President ever, especially for the ECONOMY & BUSINESS, is the legitimate President and that will be proven very soon, and the whole world will see it. Good luck on getting any business, hope your doors close down because you have it coming. You want to stifle freedom/free thought, then go take your business to China - we don't want it!

Shame on Bed Bath & Beyond! Companies such as BBB have been able to grow and thrive on our support and millions of our hard-earned dollars. If BBB is politically and ideologically driven when choosing to carry/not carry products then we can be equally driven when choosing to buy/not buy from them. I just removed myself and family from all email, coupons, mailing list, etc. I will not buy from BBB until they publicly apologize AND commit to carrying products free of political ideology.

Additionally, as I just said to BBB's representative Ryan, I can only imagine BBB carries many products from China. Is there any concern that these products may have been manufactured using slave labor? Does BBB have any issues with slave labor? Or is it just the corporate choice of 'going along to get along?' Shame on BBB.

Bed Bath & Beyond Canceling mypillow products

I was very disappointed to hear that Bed, Bath and Beyond as dropped
products for MyPillow, due to political considerations. The head of MyPillow had helped in
investigating the Dominion Election software, to detect if this software is secure, so that elections are done in an open, honest-way, with no manipulation or rigging. It is important
to everyone that elections be honest, and without manipulation, so the actions of MyPillow
leadership are highly commendable.
Because Bed, Bath and Beyond has discontinued carrying MyPillow products, I will not be shopping
for anything at Bed, Bath and Beyond and will buy anything directly from MyPillow or other retailers.

Desired outcome: carry MyPillow products

I am voting with my pocketbook. Your decision to involve yourselves in politics and the horrible cancel culture have lost me as a customer 4-ever! I will place a huge order directly with this vendor. I will do this with EVERY business and I will not forget this, nor hesitate to share my decision with friends and family. Trying to deny your obvious intentions just screams dishonesty and lack of integrity to me...

Bed Bath & Beyond MY Pillow- Cancel Culture! I am disappointed that politics came into play!!!

It was brought to my attention that in addition to the Kohls department store, Bed, Bath and Beyond will no longer be carrying Mike Lindells' My Pillow products as he is a conservative and a Trump supporter. I will never shop at Bed, Bath and Beyond or Kohls ever again. Not because they have proven to be bleeding liberals, but because they both choose to be a part of the dangerous cancel culture environment we find ourselves in. They should have followed the CEO of GOYA's lead and supported both sides. I am so done with companies using their political views to determine what they need to carry in their stores. There are 75million Trump supporters that can now choose to STOP SUPPORTING your stores! I am one of them!

Bed Bath & Beyond My Pillow

I will not shop at Bed Bath and Beyond anymore since they have decided to jump into the political arena. Last I checked this was America and we have the right to have different political views. But since BBB has decided to cancel My Pillow because of the CEO's political view I have decided to cancel BBB, just as I have with Kohl's and Amazon. I would rather pay a little more and get directly from the company then to give you my business. I will not support a socialist environment which is what you have made BBB. Believe me there are plenty of places to get the things I need. Time to start supporting the small companies because otherwise there won't be any. Don't bother responding with your canned bureaucratic statement. It's a lie and means nothing to me. Goodbye Bed Bath and Beyond.

Bed Bath & Beyond Customer relations regarding returning/refund

After thoughtful consideration from experiencing a highly emotional and anxiety riddled retail shopping series of events on 1-22-21 in Texas; I am compelled to write this letter to the corporate office of Bed Bath and Beyond and the location store manager.
As a patron of this specific store for many years; not to mention the numerous on-line orders placed nationally; I have never experienced the unprofessional and accusatory attitude I experienced on this very unfortunate shopping day.
Below you will find a detailed bullet-point outline of the events that escalated to an unreasonable level of unprofessionalism & noncompliance of customer care exhibited by your manager on duty after trying to return two (2) very small value items that had been purchased during this past Christmas season:
*unfortunately, I did not have the paper receipts of the items purchased but I had access to the credit card records of these transactions used for these December purchases.
*two different credit cards were used for the two purchased December items
*one item was a successfully processed/refunded item
*the second item could not be refunded (as per the two cashiers and the manager on duty because I did not have the receipt). After inputting the credit card information utilized to purchase the December item, in order to establish the date of the purchase; the database system informed the cashiers and hence the manager informed me that it had been OVER 90 days since the item was purchased. I informed all employees that the database system information was incorrect and possibly there was a glitch in the database system. Both employees informed me at this point that the database system was correct and a glitch was absolutely not possible. I was also informed that unless I had a paper receipt, there was nothing they could do to help me. In other words, as a customer, I was lying and I had not purchased the item I was trying to return to the store on this day for a refund as per the store's 90 day return policy.
*after returning home and meticulously searching for the December receipt; I was thankfully able to locate the receipt. I immediately returned to the store location for the second time in one day in order to show/prove my case to the same store manager. My thoughts regarding a second visit to the store in one day, in order to finally receive the refund on the item that a store manager insisted could not have been purchased in December; was to hopefully help the establishment fix a database problem and prevent future customers the same aggravation. A glitch obviously was occurring within the database system and attention to this matter should be investigated.
*not only did the manager not apologize for the unfortunate series of events that occurred; to top it off, after the manager tried to initiate the measly refund, the database system would not allow the cashier to refund the item within the database system without the manager having to "over-ride" the refund transaction.
In closing, obviously the database system is flawed; as I had mentioned to the store employees at the beginning of my request for refund. The most disturbing aspect of this whole ordeal was the employee's lack of concern for my customer satisfaction. Even after I returned to the store with the receipt and showed them that they were wrong with their previous assessment of the situation, they never once apologized or accepted any blame for their disrespect and allegations of my impropriety which continued to escalate the inflammatory ordeal. The word "boycott" comes to mind as I ponder the general attitude of the employees at this establishment.

Bed Bath & Beyond My pillow products

I am very disappointed and shocked that BB & B chose to removed and discontinue carrying My Pillow products. These products are of good quality and equally important, made in the USA.

My family has been long time good customers of BB&B, and now feel betrayed and disgusted to learn that you removed the My Pillow products due to political pressure / interest or with the intent to financially negatively impact a reputable USA company.

Members of my family made our last purchase with your company, and will discontinue shopping at BB & B until BB & B reintroduces My Pillow products and stops attacks on a USA company or person for political reason. Even more disgusting, BB & B carries several imported items, specifically from China.

Please be a good American and respect the first amendment right to free speech and support USA made products. This is America! we the people and Mike Lindell are able to voice our free speech opinion without fear of repercussion or being cancelled!

Many places to shop, goodbye until you do the right thing Mike and Diane, Newburyport, MA

Desired outcome: Be fair and continue supporting and carrying My Pillow products made in the USA

Because you don't agree with the founder of My Pillow, Mike Lindell's first amendment right to free speech, and are discontinuing to sell his products at your stores because of it, I'd like to let you know that I am no longer buying anything from you, and I will tell all my friends and family not to buy anything from you either. Bed Bath & Beyond Policies.

I will never set foot in your store again or order anything online. If you want to alienate half the country, fine. You will soon see the price of that. For you to bend to the pressure of the elitists, tells us that you value them more than us. And to allow politics to determine policy is a very poor business model. I really hope you meet the same fate as others that have gone this route. Drastically declining sales and hopefully, bankruptcy. You made your ‘Bed', now lie in it.

I want to shop at a retailer that is not political. I do not want my money to indirectly support causes that I do not believe in. Just stay in your industry and sell home goods and stay out of politics. Until you can manage to do so I will not longer shop your store.

Bed Bath & Beyond Decision to Discontinue My Pillow Products

I will no longer be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond due to your un-American action in discontinuing My Pillow products because of Mike Lindell's support of President Trump and his exercise of his First Amendment right to question the integrity of the 2020 election.

The descent of America into fascism facilitated by Corporate America's fecklessness is both alarming and deeply disappointing. I can no longer support a company that is complicit in the vilification of conservatives who are simply asking questions and exercising their right to protest the mainstream narrative. The worst actions perpetrated by the extreme fringe of both the left and right of the political spectrum are ascribed to conservatives, while leftist movements are painted as "mostly peaceful" despite this past summer's large-scale destruction of cities including violence perpetrated against government buildings (and the people trapped in them) by BLM and Antifa (both deeply deceptive monikers).

Where will this end as conservatives are being de-platformed and increasingly shunned and denied participation in civil life simply because of their dissenting viewpoint, which is labeled as "hate speech" and "violence?" I am an attorney, and just thirty years ago, I was taught that the First Amendment was not meant to protect speech you agree with (for that needs no protection), but protects the speech you disagree with, even speech considered hateful, so long as it does not IMMEDIATELY incite others to violence. Witness that there are those on Big Tech platforms that call for "death to America" or "death to Israel" that are not de-platformed. Up till relatively recently, the answer to speech you disagree with was not censorship, but more speech that would win the argument.

I am utterly appalled at the descent of our country into fascism, enabled by corporations, which aims itself against fully half of our citizenry. Your participation in this effort is as reprehensible as it is cowardly.

However, as an American, I still believe in redemption and seek national unity (which is NOT the same as uniformity). If, at some point, Bed Bath and Beyond comes to its senses and acknowledges that conservatives are not "the enemy" but essential to a vibrant discussion in this nation - a principle enshrined and protected by our First Amendment - I will, once again, support Bed Bath and Beyond. Having said this, the next move is yours.

Bed Bath & Beyond Discontinuation of My Pillow Products

For a long time, BB&B has been my preferred store for all things kitchen and bath. However, due to your recent decision to remove My Pillow products from your inventory, I and many others I have spoken to about this will no longer be purchasing your products. Companies should not pick and choose what they sell based on political motivations. The only determinant should be a product's marketability. Hopefully, BB&B will re-evaluate the situation and make the necessary corrections.

To The CEO,
I am so disappointed that you canceled your contract with "My Pillow"
I believe that you have been pressured by left wing activists. Please remember that your customers are average working Americans that want to buy good products that are made in the USA. I do not believe that President Trump promoted an insurrection on Jan. 6th and I am tired of the lefts pressuring companies to change their policies to please them. I believe you are in business to make money, so selling quality products would be a good place to start. We will now purchase "My Pillows" directly from the company.

I am so upset with Bed Bath and Beyond for taking My Pillow products out of their stores. I will no longer buy anything from either Bed Bath and Beyond or Buy Buy Baby. You have become political and have withdrawn items from Mike Lindell, a Christian man trying to help America and help our great President Trump! There was 76 million people that voted for President Trump and you have upset every patriot that voted for him!

Bed Bath & Beyond Corporate

I have been a life long shopper at bed bath and beyond but last week you lost yet another customer. I was so saddened to see one of my family and friends favorite stores cave to the pressure of the cancel culture from the left. The word is spreading. The silent majority don't like having their rights removed. So I hope offending more than half of your customer base opens up your eyes with a huge boycott.

Desired outcome: Proof that bed bath and beyond remains a vendor for my pillow.
