Berrada Properties review: They did not fix the plumbing in my bathroom inside my apartment

When Jomela Properties owned the apartment building at 3010 West Wells Street until Berrada Properties bought the apartment building from Jomela Properties in January 2022,I was living at 3010 West Wells Street in Apt 34 in Milwaukee,Wisconsin.My bathroom toilet overflowed and I contacted Berrada Properties and reported it to them about the plumbing and They never came to my apartment to fix the plumbing inside my bathroom!That's why I did not pay them the rent, Because they don't do nothing and They don't fix nothing in your apartment! They do other tents wrong in their apartments, The bad things Berrada Properties do is cause mice and rat infestation in tenants apartments like they did Dalyvette Baez Ramos,They caused water damage to Aaron Redd apartment, Ernestine Young almost died in her old apartment when Berrada Bought and Purchased it and They took her belongs and took her urn with her granddaughter's ashes,Cassandra Offord,Elise Williams by turning off their heat during Thanksgiving 2022 and did the other tenants wrong.If you watch WISN 12 News in Milwaukee,Wisconsin,They will show you those incidents with Berrada Properties! Stay away from Berrada Properties,Because Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties will screw you like they did me,Dalyvette Baez Ramos,Aaron Redd, Ernestine Young,Cassandra Offord, Elise Williams and the other tenants! Do not rent from Berrada Properties in the future,Apply for a different apartment in the City of Milwaukee,Wisconsin!
