Purchased an ‘open box’ LG C2 65” TV from Best Buy that was advertised as ‘Excellent’. However, the TV did not come in a box and the remote that was provided was not the same remote that comes with the TV if bought new. None of this is disclosed. Not only did they sell me the wrong remote, but it had a ton of scratches and did not even work! I had to bring it back to Best Buy for them to tell me that it was a defective remote.
Desired outcome: Provide me a product that was expected and paid for—an ‘open-box’ TV in excellent condition.
