I was a small business owner, and Three Insurance by Berkshire Hathaway was my business Insurance, under which the policy I had covered Cybersecurity. In the interim, I suspected some bad actors had hacked my computer to steal my IP address and other confidential information. I reached out to my insurance company since I had cybersecurity coverage. The Adjustor and vendors assigned by the Insurance company did nothing to help me, but rather caused me more stress, played games, and did not properly investigate, and one of their vendors was affiliated with my competitor. The Insurance company did not do their due diligence, breach of contract, and caused me to lose my living. The Insurance company vendor came and took my computer, never sent any reports of their findings and then sent me outlandish bills . With which the Insurance company claim they paid . I paid out of my pocket to a private IT company and was told that a hacker was in my computer, I was also told after reaching out to the Attorney General's office, where one of the Insurance Vendor Offices is, that some bad actors were involved and the Insurance company was unable or unwilling To properly investigate I even reached out to the Insurance company and send in facts but they are not being fair and quick to dismiss me. If the Insurance company had done their due diligence, I would not be in the position I am in at this time in my life.
Desired outcome: To be treated fairly and just, and the bad actors and the insurance company do what is right, for certainly wrongdong occurred
