I got scammed by this company. I placed an order on Jul 18th but then realize the amount was incorrect as my CC had called regarding the charges. I phoned their customer service right the way on the same day (Fri afternoon) and wish to cancel the order. She said she can't do that and have to pass to another person to handle this matter and had assured me that they will contact within 24 hours. I did not receive any calls from them and my mobile never rang. Their office hours are closed on weekend and no one pick up. I had emailed their support regarding this matter but no one reply. I got an email that the order had been shipped on Jul 20th. I called this morning Mon Jul 21 and ask to cancel the order. She refuses to do so said it's already been shipped. I told her I spoke with your customer service regarding cancelling the order and was assured that I will be in touch within 24 hours. She said her system showed that someone had contacted me. I told her it's complete BS as my phone never rang and no call came in from them. I asked her what time they call she couldn't tell me and insist they did. They are lying, as their office hours was shut I tried to call again the same day (Fri) around 7pm their phone didn't go through as office hours is over. They said they had called but they never did. The whole return call thing was a scam and complete BS. If they had called I would have had a call log from that number or even a missed call but there was none. I had contacted my CC reporting a fraud on those transactions and have to wait for update. I cannot cancel the courier as I only have to tracking number. I will refused the package and tell them to return to sender when they deliver. On their website it says call customer service to cancel your order any time. If you cancel after the order has shipped we will be responsible. I had called them right after before the order been shipped and they did nothing to help cancel the order and prevent it from being shipped. They lied and commit fraud.
Anyone else can suggest what I can do? Appreciate help in advance.

Yes, same has happened to me, I ordered in May 2014 should only have been charged £18.99 my CC charged £94!! Goods arrived, have emailed them three times now but get only a " don't reply to this" standard email stating how busy they are and will get back to me in 48 hrs, but they don, t! Obviously this is a scam and everyone should be warned not to deal with this company. I too will be going through my CC to retrieve my money.

I ordered a product from biotrim for R1800 including shipping on the 15 february 2022.They confirm receipt of the payment and claim that my parcwl is on its .After a month i was send a tracking number but when i check online there was no such parcel. I send the email to find out about my parcel.They send .mw from pillar to post until i decided to get my refund.They say for them to refund me they will deduct 15%.I said they can deduct it but till today they are quiet.

I ordered the products at bio trim of R401.50 then they charged me more money of R2353.52 and i asked them to reverse the R2353.52 they said the process is almost done i asked them how because there are options that can i cancel before they can proceed with process i did not get any answer

I have been scammed today. I have ordered from this co and have never received the product. They have now withdraw more than R1400 from my account with out my approval or knowledge.
Please stop this company from defrauding innocent people.
This company has the worst customer service i have seen. Despite of buying a product a month ago. This never came and when I tried to request a refund the company denied this by saying that they don't make 100% reimbursements, they told me that I have to assume 15% since this never came an as per them is not her fault. I still don't have my product and nobody has an answer. It is quite discouraging to receive this kind of treatment
I totally agree with all the complainants as all what is said here happened to me since first week of Jan 2018 I ordered 1 bottle of tablets from them but I was charged for six moths supply.I tried to cancel the order but was told it has already been shipped .To date I have not heard anything from this company.
I also got scammed. I placed my order and ended up paying close to R3000.00 for a product. When the products did not arrive, i was given a shipment number and a link to confirm, which does not exist. I requested a refund and yet nothing happened. it is companies like this that put's the rest for online shopping in a bad light. And the best part is, you can't do anything about it.
