On 04/14/2019 at 4:55 pm for a carry out order. I ordered two pick two combos both of the soups was cold and gummy, the sandwich was ordered with out cheese and it had cheese on it. I had ordered banana bread and received blueberry bread. I request a refund of $12.98. Relinda Blanton 618 Lindemann Dr. Mason, Ohio [protected].
