Purchased an LG Dryer along with other appliances less than 6 weeks ago. The LG dryer(ThinQ) has given me problems since day one. I have had two service calls, cleaned my dryer vents and several parts were ordered which were never installed by LG Technician. On 4/21, the technician stated that, "the coil/dryer vent in the back of dryer is to long and the dryer's sensors are being activated". He stated that Brandsmart would have to readjust/shorten the coil to avoid the curvatures in the coil line. When I spoke with my salesman, Lenford at the Sawgrass store, he indicated to me that his manager, Steve stated "Brandsmart could not do this work and suggested I get someone else. I was angered by his insensitivity and lack of customer service. These appliances are still under the manufactures warranty and I purchased the 5 year extended warranty.
I don't know how this will be resolved nevertheless, I urge anyone in the market for appliances to do your research on the new generation of appliances and refrain from doing business with Brandsmart/Sawgrass Mills Location
