I opened an inquiry how I can save money and boost my credit.. no where on anything I read stated a membership fee.. so. My account was charged $97.00. I reached out they said they cancelled my membership and refunded my money but I have not seen it yet anywhere. There should be legal consequences for scammers like these. I reported it either on Monday 6/8/26 or maybe Thursday 6/11/26. I WAS ASSURED I would get refunded but I have no documentation or proof of what they told me.

Claimed loss: $97.00

Desired outcome: Refund $97.00
