Disgusting customer service from British Gas. Constantly ignored for weeks, lied to about updates and left chasing every single day with no proper response. Every time we were promised something would be resolved, nothing happened. Has been ongoing for 3 months
Feels like a complete scam at this point. They are happy to take your money but impossible to deal with when there’s actually a problem. Instead of fixing the issue, they just create more stress, more confusion and send more bills.
Absolutely no accountability, no communication and no care for customers whatsoever. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid if you can.
