I requested a Niro which is a hybrid, not the electric mustang which was a separate selection online but I received the mustang with half charged battery, no charging cord and no card to use at a charging station. You cannot put a rental car on an app yourself. They are restricted. No one at customer service had any idea about the cord or the card and no access to phone numbers for locations. I had to drive 40 min to the location to find out there was no cord with the rental. But the time I realized I couldn’t create a profile on an app they were closed. I did not have enough charge to get to my appointment in St Pete and also stuck in Orlando paying for a hotel and missing a work shift. I have never seen this amount of disgusting service ever.
Desired outcome: Refund for these 3 days, reimburse my 2 nights hotel. Bare minimum for hours wasted driving and on the phone. I missed an appointment and a shift of work and had to book a hotel.
