I have cancelled the ticket on 25/03/26 under the booking ref : BAE - 6674513 because you send us the mail that flight is going to cancel . Date of travel was 14/04/26.

As per your email the refund amount will credit in my account within 2 weeks but it's more than 05 weeks and still not received the refund amount.
I am sending messages to customer care no but not respond.
I need your support to refund my amount asap

Claimed loss: AED. 2651 loss

Desired outcome: Please refund my amount asap.
