Canadian Tire

I went to Canadian tire today (27 October 2019). the product name is certified adjustable 4-shelf resin rack 36*14*54.5-inch. its cost was 29.99$ but they charged 34.99$. this happened because at the same time I also bought certified adjustable 5-shelf resin rack 36*14*72-inch and its cost was 34.99$. when I was on check out counter a lady scanned the second product two times just for saving her time. she thought i have bought two identical products. i was in hurry at check out counter. I am not complaining to give me that 5$ back but the mistakes like that can be the result of a huge loss for your company in the long run.
