Canadian Tire

Its been occurring on several occasion which the employee in auto parts by the name claud is rude and unhelpful. It's to the point where we wait until he leaves the desk and wait for his replacement.

Yesterday, my two sons went in to get engine oil, filter and lug nuts. They asked claud for assistance which turned into dismissal and unhelpful service. His typical fashion, claud was rude.

This is now the end, we will purchase our auto parts at Napa or benson auto parts just to avoid having to deal with claud.
