Canadian Tire

I purchased a fireplace from Canadian tire today and waited over an hour for the product to be dolleyed out to our vehicle. Multiple people who came after us got serviced before we did and when we went inside multiple times to managers they continued to assure us it was coming and agreed that it should've came out in order. I am truly puzzled on how it took so long and observed multiple staff standing around watching. With a dolley we could have done it ourselves in a matter of minutes. Very displeased with service.
