I have given bike for repair on 2nd Oct 2019 and its been 4 weeks still its not fixed.
I have been calling to check the status after 4 weeks also they are not sure about still how many days it will take to fix my bike the only thing I am getting every time parts are ordered still its not shipping to the store to fix.

I use my bike daily to travel to my office and it become very difficult without my bike.

I purchased this bike on 27th April 2019 either I need a refund of the bike or it should be repaired without any charge as its covered under warranty.
