Canadian Tire

Called to check when my product that I ordered online was available for pickup. Employee, responsible for online shopping, at the location said they don't have inventory even though I questioned her about the inventory info on their site. As a result the employee cancelled my order, wasn't at my request as the email I recieved said. I called again and another employee, at the same Eaton's location, told me there was the product in stock and if it becomes sold out at that location, they will get it shipped from another location and I can still pick it up at the Eaton's location. Lots of hassle trying to make a simple online order from Canadian Tire.
